Dr. Kitt graduated from the University of Central Florida, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Mechanical Engineering with a Minor in foreign language, Spanish. She spent 20 years in Research and development in the Aerospace/ Defense industry before deciding to enter the world of natural medicine.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Professional Health Sciences and a Master of Science in Oriental Medicine from East West College of Natural Medicine. She accomplished her Doctorate in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Five Branches University in California, specializing in Pain Management and Emotional Wellness.
As a long-time resident of Sarasota, Dr. Kitt attended McIntosh Middle School, Sarasota High School, and graduated from Riverview High School. She has deep roots within the community.This is why she chose to open her practice AcuMed Wellness & Acupuncture in Sarasota where she continues to practice today.
Her concentration of practice is in Rejuvenative Medicine, providing services for to help patients with Pain Management, Joint Rejuvenation, Digestive Issues, Emotional Wellness, Women’s Health, and Facial Rejuvenation.
Offering healing modalities that range from stem cell therapy, acupuncture, facial rejuvenation, BEMER, point injection therapy, herbology, and homeopathy. She is able to address your health concerns and support you in your wellness goals.
